The Service Department of Atlanta Communications is the Premier Motorola Service facility in the southeastern United States. Our mission is not just to provide high quality two-way communications service but to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality services available anywhere.
We do this by first maintaining highly trained technical professionals that specialize in providing total system/subscriber service and support for our complete line of products. All have extensive training and experience in troubleshooting, repair, and test procedures and are certified by the Electronic Technician Association. Our high level of pride, professionalism, and technical expertise is known throughout the southeast.
Secondly, in providing 24hr on-site maintenance services, we attend to all emergencies with the swiftest and most effective response possible. We also provide remote monitoring of infrastructure sites, towers, and emergency power systems. Centralized video surveillance that can be viewed, recorded and controlled from anywhere is also available.
Thirdly, Atlanta Communications maintains the latest test equipment necessary to meet all repair needs. This equipment is calibrated annually using ISO, NEBB, NSF, and IEST standards.
